Payment & Cancellation Policy

  1.  At the time of booking a 50% deposit will be required. 
  2. The remaining balance is to be paid by card at the end of the treatment. 
  3. I can only accept cash payments if they are exact, and would prefer card if possible.
  4. If you'd prefer to pay in full before the treatment then there is an option to do so on my booking system.
  5. Please refrain from rescheduling your treatment if possible but if you do need to then try to give at least 1 weeks notice.
  6. All cancellation and rescheduling requests should be sent via email.
  7. If you cancel or reschedule your booking without giving 48 hours notice then the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
  8. If you cancel or reschedule your booking without giving 24 hours notice then the full amount will be non-refundable.
  9. All bookings are subject to a small non-refundable payment processing fee which is taken by the payment software 'Square'. The fee is very specifically 1.4% + 25p. Any refunds will be minus this amount. 

Receipts

  1. If you would like a receipt then a digital version can be sent to you via email within 24 hours of your treatment.
  2. If you need a receipt in order to claim back on insurance then please discuss this with me before the treatment. Insurance companies can be particular about what treatment you receive and which qualifications they accept. Do let me know beforehand if this is the case so that we can make sure I give you a treatment that is in line with what they require. 

Loyalty Cards

  1. Head to loyl.me/massa on your phone and you will be able to download a digital loyalty card powered by Oappso.
  2. On an iPhone you can add this to your Apple Wallet or on an Android phone you can add it to your Wallet Passes.
  3. After each treatment, I will scan the QR code on your digital loyalty card and you will be awarded with a stamp (it will only appear once your phone connects to WiFi or 4G so it may not appear immediately). 
  4. On your 8th visit you will be able to redeem 50% off your massage treatment.
  5. If you prefer not to use a digital loyalty card, I also have physical cards.
